How do I record an emotion?

On the Record page, tap the emotion you feel. To add a note, tap "Add notes" right after recording. Emotions not recorded yet are behind the "+" cell in each zone.

Why can't I edit an old note?

Notes can be edited only on the day the emotion was recorded, so your history stays honest.

How do I see everything I recorded for one emotion?

Long-press the emotion on the Record page, or open the Overview tab and tap it.

How do I look at a specific period?

Tap the calendar icon on the Record page and choose a start and end date. The chart becomes view-only until you reset the filter.

How do I add the widget?

Android: long-press the home screen, choose Widgets, find XEmotions. iOS: long-press the home screen, tap the + button, find XEmotions. We recommend keeping it on the first page of your home screen.
