Delete your account

You can delete your XEmotions account and all data associated with it at any time.

In the app

1. Open XEmotions and go to the Record page.
2. Tap the account icon in the top right corner.
3. Choose "Delete account" and confirm.

Your account, your recorded emotions and all notes are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email easywordsapp@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and ask for deletion. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your sign-in identity (email, display name, user ID), every recorded emotion with its timestamp, and every note. Anonymous crash and usage statistics that were never linked to your account are not affected and expire on their own within 90 days.
